Description Sargent Exeter Flush Sash Lift New old stock semi-decorative wrought brass flush sash lift with a flashed copper finish made by Sargent. Exeter design. Cir. 1910. It features rounded corners and a double border. The sash lift measures 3 1/2″l x 1 1/2″w. The cutout area measures 2 1/4″l x 3/4″w. It has two screw holes, one on each end of the cup part for attachment. These are NOS and have never been installed. They come complete with mounting screws. This Sargent Exeter Flush Sash Lift is an antique item and may show wear due to age. This may include scratches, pitting, patina, finish loss, rust or other general wear. We attempt to include any significant damage beyond regular wear within the description.
