- Description HTD 3M Open Timing Belt with Green Fabric is a specialized linear drive belt designed for high-precision, low-noise, and low-friction automation applications. The core profile follows the 3mm High Torque Drive (HTD) curvilinear tooth standard, which ensures maximum power transmission and minimizes tooth jump, Key Specifications & Geometry Tooth Pitch: 3 mm from the center of one tooth to the next. Tooth Shape: Curvilinear (arc) design for anti-slip performance. Total Belt Thickness: 2.40 mm. Tooth Height: 1.17 mm to 1.22 mm. Standard Widths: Available in 20mm, Material Composition Base Material: Thermoplastic Polyurethane (PU) or Neoprene Rubber. PU offers superior wear and chemical resistance.
