Let’s start with a brief description, then the pros and cons.This is one of the largest fogless mirrors I could find, and I bought it to speed up my shaving routine by using it in the shower. It seems to be made out of plastic and some sort of reflective foil that’s embedded within for durability. There’s also a cutout for a handle which allows you to both hang it or hold it. It comes with installation and usage directions that I found to be unexpectedly helpful. It also comes with a surprisingly strong piece of mounting tape for adhering the included metal hook to a wall. I think the metal hanger is aluminum and seems to be die cut and bent to its final shape. I’ve seen similar if not identical items used in other products as shower razor hangers.Pros: it works as expected. The mounting tape is holding up great after a couple weeks in the shower and it was dead easy to install. I’ve never had the mirror fog up and I’ve tried using it with and without the recommended preheat rinse which the directions specify will improve the clarity/fogless aspect. I really like the versatility of being able to hold it or hang it, which adds the ability to use this as a travel mirror if needed.Cons: The hanger has a sharp burr on the edges, I would guess due to the production method. I don’t really think this is a huge problem for my day-to-day use but I was extra careful during installation and I could imagine others getting injured without even realizing it. I wish these were sanded down, but it’s easy enough to do yourself if it’s an issue. Another thing I don’t like about the hanger is that it doesn’t fit my double-sided safety razor, which is well within the normal size for a razor. I was able to get it to hang but not without it slipping off very easily. The mirror material is also a bit thin but for its shower usage isn’t a big deal. For the price, I wish it was a little thicker which would increase its durability for use as a travel mirror.All things told I think this is a decent value. With a few places for improvement, I wish I could give it a four and a half instead of a full five stars, but for sake of it doing its intended job, I’ll give it a five.
